Anti Bullying

Self Protection Services offers anti-bullying courses to both corporate clients and individuals. We provide effective strategies for destroying the power that bullies exercise. Each participant will receive training in a selection of hard and soft skills, all designed to show how they can effectively reduce or completely stop bullying behaviour.

These courses are structured for adults, children and corporate groups. Each course participant will be shown how to

• Identify bullying behavior at work, school and in the home.

• Breaking the circle of bullying behaviour

• Deflect the behavior of potential bullies

• Address and resolve existing bullying behavior through effective conflict management skills

• Protect their personal space and the personal space of others

• Assist in preventing the bullying of others.

• Build and project self confidence, self esteem and self respect

• Physical Techniques to assist in the protection of personal space
